About Marisol

A solo practice, on purpose.

I opened Vance Estate Law in 2012 because I wanted to do estate planning the way it should be done: one attorney, beginning to end, who actually knows your family's situation. Not a paralegal, not a rotating associate — me.

I'm Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Most of my clients are families in Austin, Dripping Springs, and the Hill Country who own property, have kids, and haven't yet put a plan together. A surprising number are referred by someone I helped through probate first.

“We put off doing our wills for years. Marisol made it straightforward and actually personal — she asked about our kids, our property in Wimberley, all of it. We left with a plan we understood and trusted.”
